Meet The Chef Behind GilaGula Bakehouse:
Aina Elias is a single mother with special needs twin daughters. She is originally from Jakarta, Indonesia and has been living in the United States for 20+ years. She graduated from the Art Institute of New York with a Culinary and Pastry program in 2006. Her culinary experience spans at fine dining restaurants in New York City.

San Francisco is now her new home, and she wants to share her heritage food from West Sumatra (Padang) with a touch of American culinary.
